Posted - Mar 27 2013 : 08:34:04 AM Well, here's how I look it - the Farmer's Almanac was wrong, too! And it came out looooong before Phil made HIS prediction! He's only a poor, vulnerable little animal used as a pawn by a scarey group of old men in hats on whom he relies for sustenance and shelter... What's Farmer's Almanac's excuse!? LOL!
My sister-in-law is infuriated that the weathermen - with all their expensive technology and fancy maps - can get away with all their erroneous predictions all year long and still get paid a hefty sum, but nobody's ever tried to indict them for fraud! What does poor little Phil get? An exposed window room on the outside wall at the library with virtually no privacy, some fresh bedding and a few morsels of food to keep him going 'til next year... And we wonder WHY he's so often wrong! LOL! Isn't THAT the truth!!!
<Glad this gave you all a chuckle!>
