Posted - Mar 11 2013 : 12:54:47 PM It was SO NICE yesterday with temperatures in the 50's. All the snow melted. It was definitely a breath of spring!
Today has been steady rain. Unfortunately the gravel road is now melting into mush and the water table is rising, so all the water is standing in everyone's yards and filling up the ditches.
a good day for staying inside, reading, sewing, and a cup of tea.

Posted - Mar 14 2013 : 06:17:04 AM Funny thing happened - after I posted the picture I opened a newsletter from my machine knitting club whose secretary is in Florida (meaning she could NOT have seen the same rainbow) and here is one of the words of wisdom she put in the bulletin:
THINGS YOUR MOTHER TOLD YOU.
The work will wait while you show your child the rainbow, But the Rainbow won’t wait while you do the work.
So true!

Just follow God unquestioningly. Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.
