Posted - Jul 16 2012 : 05:46:18 AM We finally got rain last night! It was a heck of a storm... Lots of lightning and thunder.. Our street looked like a river! But oh how desperately we needed it! So glad I didnt need to water the garden this morning! And shockingly, we didn't loose power! |

Posted - Jul 30 2012 : 5:45:33 PM We finally started getting rain about a week ago. We have been in the drought as well. It has been a long, hot, and extremely dry summer. Hope we get some more rain soon. The weather man is calling for storms on an off tomorrow. I will take any rain we can get. Our farmers are really suffering this year with the crops because we need more rain.

Posted - Jul 23 2012 : 5:12:18 PM We can use as much rain as we can get. Georgia is one of the drought states, and never seem to get enough rain. Hope the rain stops for those with too much, and more rain where needed.

Posted - Jul 16 2012 : 3:32:38 PM Happy you got rain. We have had enough rain! It's been raining for, at least, ten days. Not all day, but either in the morning or late afternoon. I'm ready for the sun! Marly
