Cold here today. The weather man said it was suppose to get around 73 today. But I think he was wrong. I'm sure it is not very cold to you northeners.

My sinuses are hating it but it was 57 as a high in the Chicago area today and right now at 11pm cst it is 43. Waiting for the first snow and I figure I will be waiting a while, maybe long enough to get my cold frame up and planted

God bless,

Judy

We are having semi-frozen mud...it rains/snows, freezes at night thaws by the next afternoon...mud. So we are at the crux point of fall and winter and it's bouncing back and forth a lot. We had some pretty blue skys today with big dramatic dark cloud scapes, so that was very nice. Pam, I go back and forth on the 70 degrees all of the time thing. Most when its over 90 here. I SERIOUSLY don't deal well with it being too hot, but if it was between 70 - 80 all of the time, I'd miss autumn and winter!

I really do love snow. I can't wait for the first honest-to-goodness snow fall! It's going to get down in the low twenties here tonight and we may get a bit of snow but it'll all melt off. Snow is going to be a real pain this year because I have to walk with this darned cane , but I'm still going to toss myself down and make great big snow angels =D 51 and still 8 years old at heart =P

It's a balmy 27 on my thermometer outside. We have a thin layer of patchy snow sticking, and it's dusted snow a few times today.

70s won't be seen around here outdoors until, what, May or June? Enjoy your Floridian winter :)

Our temperature right now is +2C/34F....you got us beat! It's a little windy too, and tomorrow is supposed to be rain/snow - yay.

I think 70 is about the perfect temperature, honestly! If I could have 70 for the majority of my days, it would be good :p. But I like all the seasons, even when it is -40!
