Posted - Nov 06 2011 : 2:38:58 PM It was 70 here today!!!! I am SO thankful for the beautiful weather we have had this fall. SO thankful. I have only had a few fires at night so far. And that's only because hubby and the grands were here. When it's just me, I put on extra clothes. But today was just wonderful. I am amazed at the beauty all around me here. I wonder what's around the corner?

Posted - Oct 30 2011 : 3:34:14 PM I'm loving the unseasonably warm weather we are having. I dry up my goats when it's to miserable to milk them and I want that milk as long as I can have it!!!! It's glorious out today. We're winterizing the house and cleaning up the property for winter. :)

Posted - Oct 30 2011 : 3:20:18 PM It's a beautiful sunny day here in Western Montana- lower 40s and just gorgeous out. Our night lows are below freezing. The scraping frost from my truck's glass has been happening for a week and a half now.

Posted - Oct 30 2011 : 12:10:39 PM We are having another overcast day here with a little rain here and there. Hope the trick-or-treaters get a break tomorrow night so they don't get wet, but we bet not even that will stop them.

Posted - Oct 20 2011 : 05:10:32 AM Penny, We are in the upper peninsula, about 400 miles from there. It is so windy right now, I think we had snow over night because it is wet out there and freezing, so that is a sign of snow. I just wish with this high winds it would blow all the leaves off the trees at once. The big old oak trees do not want to shed yet. BRRRR!!! Jan

Posted - Oct 19 2011 : 10:07:45 PM We're having a gorgeous Autumn. I love it. Cooler at night and early morning, some fog but the days have been glorious. Not hot, not cold just pleasant and NO wind (that's basically a miracle here!!!). Makes me want to spend all my time outside. :)

Posted - Oct 19 2011 : 3:54:52 PM It has been in the 20s here at night and the 40s during the day, very windy and gloomy. I am not looking forward to winter. It gets bitterly cold here and lasts until May or June!!!!
