Louisiana has gotten three full days of rain. I am elated!!!!!
My front yard is getting green again!
The back yard has thick green grass.
I loved hearing the thunder and seeing the lighting.
I haven't mowed the yard in two months. I cannot wait to get on the
riding mower and mow the yard.

The rain was wonderful. I'm sure we'll be saying, "enough rain". LOL
But the grass/yard is looking much better.

Oh, please send some over to northeastern Florida. We only had 40 minutes of rain last evening and we are in desperate need. We have have these fires and the smoke smell is awful. Yes, I do remember asking when it was going to stop raining and now here I am asking for rain. How times can change!

Same here in southeast Texas, Marly! Who would have thought we would be excited to have rain? Remember when we used to ask when it was going to STOP raining? LOL! I am so happy for this rain!
