The winds are beginning to howl and it is COLD. Expecting some freezing drizzle and snow tonite. Hang in there for all of us in the mid-west and central areas over the next couple days!My name is Linda, I am new to the forums and enjoying every minute 'chatting'

Hi Linda! I think your Kansas storm is headed our way--I live in Illinois and it's snowing here with temps. expected to drop below zero tomorrow night. They're also predicting wind gusts tomorrow. It's times like this when I'm glad I live in town where they plow the streets. I hope all the animals that live outdoors can find a place to stay warm--people too! This is just too cold to be out in.

Welcome to the forum Linda. Keep warm. Here is SW Louisiana we are expecting cold temperatures Tomorrow night and Friday night. 18 and 19 degrees is really cold for us.
