Posted - Jul 16 2009 : 3:08:11 PM I am so ready for summer to be done, the older I get, the harder the heat is on me. We've not had any rain to speak of in months, if this heat does not back off soon, my gardens will be history.

Posted - Jul 23 2009 : 06:56:39 AM Oh Teresa,
I hope things have cooled down for you! I grew up in MA then moved to Arizona, that was so hard I can't stand the 120 degree temps. (and not always a 'dry heat')

Posted - Jul 17 2009 : 07:27:14 AM Teresa, I'm in San Diego county and it's hotter than anything here too...and now we have the added pleasure of humidity, but no rain in sight! The garden is not real happy either. Sharon

Posted - Jul 16 2009 : 9:05:14 PM Teresa: I am also ready for summer to be over. Here in SW Louisiana it is up in the 90's and even had two days this week of 100's. Enough! My garden is all wilted from the heat. 109!!!!! My goodness, I'd melt too. Marly
