OK, this morning it is a balmy 7 degrees and it is windy outside. Must fell like minus something out there. I am looking out my window and there is a dusting of light snow everywhere. There is a sparkle in the air as well. The moisture is freezing then falling to the ground. The weatherperson's are stating that by Saturday we will be warm again, in the upper 40's. Can't wait!!!!!!! Wish that I like to fly right now. I would of taken a trip down south were it is warmer!

The days have been warm and today I went on a walk around the yard and I have johnny-jump-ups up! Little faces looking up at me and it was so good to see them. Also I saw some greening up in the daylilies and my magnolia tree has little buds on it...Yes, ladies, spring is coming and it won't be long now...Debbie

Yep, Cheryl it was gorgeous yesterday in our neck of the woods, but today is supposed to be yucky again. I was soooo trying to pretend that things were drying up! My hubby says that not this week but next, we should be able to "barnbuild" again...woo hoo!

Yes, there is a reason I live in Texas. I can't take the cold at all.

We had snow again yesterday - some schools were closed for the day. This is really unusual for western WA. I might as well be in MOntana!

Heather you wouldn't want to be in Billings Montana right know. It is only 23 degrees right now at 6 o'clock P. M. It's suppose to get down to 16 degrees for the low tonight. The sky is clear and I think it might get even colder than they predict.

Oh how I need to get out and go kayaking down the Big Horn river. I will just have to wait for calm water and warmer temps to. I do miss living up in the Flathead Valley. It was a lot colder and more snow but it was very pretty, the trees with snow and the river with lots of ice along the banks.

Good thing you live in TX Heather! It is a very brisk 27 here in the Chicago area. Where, oh where is spring? We need it to come and stay, not vanish after a day!

Sun is shining bright here, although this morning it was 2 below. Yesterday we had approximately 10 inches of snow and blowing - guess winter is not through with us yet. Went outside with 3 of my grandchildren this morning, we played for a short time in the snow, but it was pretty cold. It's the kind of snow that sparkles when the sun shines on it - spring will come, but for the time being I will enjoy winter.

Madelynne, it's raining here in Ga. and we might get snow this weekend. So you don't need to come this way. You're probably better off staying put. It's nasty and wet and muddy now. But spring will come. right? It has to.

Supposed to snow here again today and then really cold by the weekend with a whopping high of 18-degrees.

Oh to be in Arizona or Texas or anywhere but here in SIBERIA....

Really Daffodils? I just feel like crying....

Madelynne.....this morning, when I was scraping my windows AGAIN, I scraped the word SPRING in the back window of my subruban. Maybe that will help it come faster. Btw, it's 32 degrees here right now. Will probably be the high. ARRRGGGHH!
