Not, we just had 3 inches of new snow...now it is 40 degrees, This is wierd.....

Snowing like a son of a gun here in KS. Has been most of the day. Haven't been out but looks like maybe 6-8 inches. Supposed to get down to about 22 tonight then up to 50 tomorrow. Hope it doesn't stay freezing too long, my cherry trees are blooming. |

Bright and Sunny here. I think our rainy season may be over. :-( I am so not looking foward to the 100 degree heat. Yuck!!
Nothing grows properly in that kind of weather. Of course I am not a very good gardener. I am still learning though.

Yesterday I was running the air conditioner, today we had 2 inches of snow, with a high temperature of 31... tomorrow's gonna be 56, Sunday 78... crazy west Texas weather!!!..

at least the snow has stopped, but, it is still really cold. I always have a tv on for the entertaining the furbabies.. my dog loves to "watch" dog whisperer.. he'll stare at the screen the whole time that it is on.

so much for spring.. it is snowing here today..hard to believe that just a couple days ago it was in the 70's,and now it's snowing today. oh well, it's a good day to snuggle up with my furbabies and do some crocheting.. i want to make some little surprises for my pen pals.. and maybe listen to the Beverly Hillbillies.

Today...3/10/09..it is 10 degrees with winds at 30mph..that means its 20 degreees below with the chill factor.....

Mary Beth - the snow has come my way - 6 plus inches forecast for today and the way it is snowing right now, I'm sure 6 inches is reality. The cold will follow - so a little setback to spring I guess - it is only March!

We had snow yesterday and the day before and last night the temps dropped way down. This morning low 20s with a zero digit chill factor. BRRRRRRRRR!! MB

Expecting record breaking high temp today. Nearly 80! Then the bottom drops out and we get cold again...drat! :(

Same here Tina - I'm in Minnesota - a week ago yesterday we had close to 12" of snow - today closing in on 50. The saying here is, if you don't like the weather, just wait 12 hours. I worked like crazy yesterday getting all of my inside things done so I could go outside today, it may change in 12 hours LOL.

Crazy weather here also, Last weekend we had 6 and 1/2 inches of snow(thats a lot for us) and this weekend it suppose to 70 CRAZY!!

Gusty winds here today, but temps in the 60's(35 degrees warmer than Monday and Tues.). I'm more than ready for springtime and warmer temps on a daily basis!

Hey Deb, send that weather and robin my way, I am in west central Minnesota. Forecast is for 50 by Saturday, but then I think back to reality and winter. Was quite nice yesterday, almost 40, but the wind was cold - nevertheless, the dog and I bundled up and went for a walk, and we have plans to do so again today. I just keep telling myself, Spring is Coming, Spring is Coming, Spring is Coming . . .

Please keep that snow in WA, Grace! Here in the Chicago area it is nearly 60 for the next 5 days! The winds are blowing and making it a bit chilly still, but who cares? The snow and ice are all gone at last! I suppose it is too much to ask that it not come back! May 15th is our final frost date, but a farmgirl can dream can't she?

Today it is 65 degrees and sunny with wind gusts at 30 mph. Quite blustery! Snow in the forecast for this weekend.

Well Marybeth,,, we got a snow last nite & the dawgone stuff is still on the ground...butttt, the sun is starting to peek through....fingers & eyes crossed that this new snow will melt off!
