Posted - Jan 25 2009 : 10:24:49 PM It has taken 9 days but today, it was clear out! I finally got to see the sun and blue sky from my place! YEAH!! I was in Boise last week and there was one day when I could see patches of blue sky but on my way back home, I drove into the inversion. Ugh! This morning I woke up to a dusting of snow and by noon, the snow had melted, the wind was blowing and blue skies and a sun appeared! So tonight, it is so clear out, which, of course, means it will be really cold! Last I checked it was down around 28 and still dropping. Hopefully the inversion will be slow in coming back.

I drew back all the drapes in the house,,,,nearly every window had a kat or a 2 legged sun starved human plastered up against the window!!! lol! It felt soooo good, cold but good. DH was playing out in the snow yesterday on his ATC,(pics on my blog),,I hid in my sewing room where is was warm...I admit it, I am a whimp....I need sunshine & warmth. Keeping my fingers/eyes & legs crossed for more sun tomorrow. >^..^<

Posted - Jan 26 2009 : 12:28:09 AM Congratulations! We've had gloom and snow for 2 days up north here, but tomorrow is supposed to be SUNNY all day. I can't wait! Then of course we are to have a couple more days of snow after that, but I'm still looking forward to TOMORROW!!
