Posted - Dec 06 2008 : 2:27:03 PM We got our first "substantial" snow for the season, although it's the 5th snow overall here in central IN. While it wasn't a lot of snow, it sure was pretty and put me in the mood!
I took this picture of our little house all ready for Christmas while it snowed!

Posted - Dec 07 2008 : 1:53:43 PM Haha thanks....It WOULD be a postcard picture if our Oldsmobile Bravada wasn't sitting out front! That kinda ruins the picture but it was too cold and too snowy for me to move it BEFORE taking the picture!

Posted - Dec 07 2008 : 1:18:20 PM We had more snow today. Big, fat flakes but they didn't stay. Btw Cheryl, I got my sweet little gifties. Adorable watering can and baskets. The napkins are sweet too, as well as those baby blocks! Thanks so much!

Posted - Dec 07 2008 : 06:46:02 AM This is our first Christmas in Central Indiana. Last year in Kentucky, we didn't get our first major snow until February. Instead, we repeatedly got freezing rain! I love the snow because it makes my Christmas lights look even prettier! :)

Posted - Dec 06 2008 : 9:49:42 PM What a sweet place you have! We have been getting some early snows this year. We usually don't see any until January or february. It was snowing this evening but it did not stick. even so it does make it seems more like the holidays for me. I grew up in NY and we had snow on Halloween sometimes and defintely by thanksgiving. thanks for sharing your pictures with us!
