My son just called and told me they have the first snowfall of the season today! He lives in Wilson Wyoming.

I live in Cheyenne, WY - we haven't had snow yet today but a drizzle and temps in the mid 30's. We now have a winter weather advisory posted till 6 am tomorrow - 1 to 5 inches of snow. I had to go out to the garden shed and get the snow shovel out just in case. We shall see what morning brings.

Hard to believe he got snow already, it isn't even Halloween yet! We hit 73 here just southwest of Chicago. We are supposed to stay in the 70's for the next 10 days or so. The trees are changing colors though, the nights have been cooler.
