Well, it looks like it might be headed MY way. *gulp* Well, the good thing is before we even realized something was in the gul, my husband (Adam) and I went and got a bunch of groceries and alot of water. Isn't that weird.. almost like we intuitively knew it. I got a ton of candles, but need a wick for my oil lamp. I hope this Tropical Storm isn't like Alison .. That was a terrible one. Well, Hurricane Rita was a nightmare ...like a scary movie, honestly .. but then nothing TOO bad happened in my neck of the woods except for power that went out! Okay, and it messed up my wedding. (Yes, I HAD MY WEDDING scheduled for the DAY it hit and had to call it off! We then got married on Nov. 11th. I could tell you stories about Katrina and Rita, believe me .. I have to cancel and reschedule THREE times..) But this is going off track of what I am talking about here....

I hope any of us girls in Texas and Louisiana closer in to the gulf are okay! Make sure you are situated and stay safe!! After going through Alison, Katrina, and Rita... It makes me nervous!

Brooke, watching the weather channel and it looks like Edouard is headed right for you. Not a hurricane yet but looks like lots of rain. We'll be thinking about, stay safe.
