Better yet, downpours and winds....This is getting ridiculous! We had a couple weeks where we thought it was finally getting warm and dry for a little while. Now it seems it's been dark, dreary, damp and cold for so long!
I can only complain here, not out loud though. I managed to get a tiny garden in between thunderstorms, so if I whine too loudly, Mother Nature will open a can of whoop*** on me and we'll end up with temperatures of 100 with 100% humidity and a drought! Shhhhh

I was wondering if everyone was having a weird weather year or if it was just the Pacific Northwest. I think I have just about given up on our big garden this year - I think the growing season will be too short. It didn't stop snowing till May and now it just keeps raining. Oh well, not much you can do about the weather - I do wish I could turn the furnace all the way off though... |

The sun is back out this morning, finally! I saw on the news this morning that for the month of May, we've only had 5 days without rain! My pastures are swamps. Hope it dries out soon!

I just spoke to my sis-in-law in Delaware and she said they were contemplating turning the heat back on!! Wow. We are under tornado warnings again. Boy, this has been a very active spring. :(
I'll settle for a nice,warm, calm day.

Yes, it's been cold and rainy here for the past week. I got my winter coat back out today! I would really love it if the weather cleared up for my camping trip next week. Please? |
