Friday night was a scarey night for all of us who lives here in Northeast Mississippi. We had tornados all night long. My sister lives in New Albany and they were hit not once but twice with tornados. Thank God, no one was seriously injured. My son Jon Brandon and his unit was called up to help. He said last night that it brought back memories of the tornado that wiped out our town back in 2001. We got hit about 2a.m. Saturday morning but only damage we had at our place was just alot of trees down and power lines tore up. We were very lucky. I know that some of the states next to us wasn't so lucky and my heart and prayers go out to them. We even had hail that was reported 2 to 3 inches big.

MB, I know and please forgive me not staying in touch and this goes to all my farmgirls. Sometimes life gets in the way. I have increase my herd of goats, I'm up to 60 now. Plus, I have started taking in horses to train for barrels and giving lessons.

I'm glad you are ok, Laura. I was watching the news this morning and they said that we have already had 708 tornadoes this year- up about 200 from last year at this time.
Atlanta is still cleaning up from the aftermath of the one that hit about a month ago. They are just the scariest things.
