Good morning from snowy Wisconsin. They forecasted 2-3 inches of snow to start with and we ended up with 15 and huge drifts. It's a beautiful white Spring day outside. Sun is shining, trees are covered, it is just spectacular. DH is back to digging us out again. Will be home bound 1 more day. Good thing I have lots of cooking for Sunday to keep me busy.

No Easter eggs in the snow. No youngsters in our family until Oct 08 when the first Grand baby is due to arrive. But I'm sure it would have been a gas trying to find them.

Did you go looking for Easter eggs in the snow? I talked to my sister in IL yesterday and she said they had a couple of inches.

It's beautifully today. The snow is so white. Of course we got about an inch yesterday and we are expecting more this evening my DH says. Guess no tulips for awhile.

We were supposed to get 5-10 and got nothing! Not even a trace. Looks like it moved on to you, Betty Jo!

The snow bypassed me and headed up to northern Maine, but the temp was low and the wind was howling yesterday and all night long, I couldn'[t sleep in my bedroom, the wind was just overwhelming. Still very cold here today, but the sun is out! There is nothing more beautiful than a big snow decorating the houses and trees, it's the digging out and the slogging through that I'm getting too old for. Stay warm...Karin

Hi Betty Jo! I think you got our extras -- we were to get 9-12 and only got 5 down here where I am in northern Illinois! I am soooooo ready for spring, but instead we have this beautiful bright day. The snow is the whitest of whites, isn't it.

Happy spring!
