He saw his shadow this morning and had this to say on his website:
"As I look around me, a bright sky I see, and a shadow beside me.
Six more weeks of winter it will be!"

It was snowing this morning. DH heard that we are supposed to have the worst winter in 7-10 years. :( I'm ready to move somewhere nice! |

As I look up and see 15 inches of snow on my neighbor's roof- I can believe 6 more weeks of winter. But really that isn't too very long. Just barely into March! Whoo Hoo! Spring dirt is coming our way!!

Well we are having snow today so the sky is overcast here. In fact it is just getting light here so maybe our west coast groundhog will not see his shadow and we will have an early spring. NOT!! MB

Well, it's cloudy here, and Wiarton Willie won't see his shadow today! Had a big snowstorm yesterday, I've had enough of winter!

Wow. I guess they pull him out at dawn? I'm sitting here thinking the sun's not even up yet. But of course, it is where you are. Hmmmm, six more weeks to get ready for the garden.
