I just heard on the news that the govenor is expected to declare a state of emergency for Spokane, WA. I know they have run out of money for de-icer twice already. Can you believe it?

havent heard that one but they are over budget and are gonna have to revise the budget but we are not out of de-icer just low. they are doing there best. they will figure it out though.

I heard the WaDOT has used up it's entire year of money allotment for snow removal already and it's STILL January!
