I was really hoping to get out today and rake up all my leaves, and also clean up my dahlias and bring in the bulbs. But it's supposed to be drizzly all day, so I don't know if I want to rake up a bunch of wet, sloppy leaves. I guess it's an inside day today...

Rain, rain, rain.

It's been wet and rainy and chilly all weekend and it doesn't look like it is ever going to change. High of 56....brrr. MB

After a warm and sunny weekend, we got a very much needed day of rain here. Thank goodness too, the ground was like concrete! It finally felt like autumn, but we're back up to 80 tomorrow. At least I'll be able to transplant my daylilies without using a pick to get them out! I hate the heat too and can't wait for the cool fall days to finally stick around!

It is wet and cold and rainy here today too. It is nice though because the air feels so nice and clean. Fresh Scrubbed :D I am so excited because I am hoping the grass and hay will have a little bit of a chance to take up this moisture before it dies back for the year so it can grow strong in the spring.

It's 90 degrees F here today..AHHHHHH I hate the heat! Go away summer and take those dang bugs with ya!!
