Posted - Apr 19 2007 : 3:22:14 PM hey there all you fellow farm girls. I am so excited to find a group of ladies just like me out there. I don't live on a farm (yet). But I look forward to the day we can have land of our own. My husband and I live in a not so small town right now with our three kids. (8,6 and 4). I work part time as a Medical assistant but my priority and focus in life is my family. They are my everything. My hobbies include scrap booking, card making, and really want to start making vintage aprons, and to learn how to crochet or knit. I am looking forward to meeting you all via internet. And hope to find a Mary Jane chapter where I live. My heart is living life the simple way as our ancestors did. I always say I could have easily been born 100+ years ago. I find it fascinating. Well, hello and talk with ya all later.
your fellow farmgirl Amy!
God bless, farmgirls! |

Posted - Apr 19 2007 : 6:19:39 PM Welcome Amy from another newbie.
I too just started sewing up vintage aprons this past winter and just love them. Made some as gifts too. I also knit and crochet, so look forward to possibly exchanging patterns or just learning from each other.
Again, welcome. Peace and love to you and your family. Annie |
