Hi Everyone!

I am pretty new to the forum, although I have been reading posts and enjoying it very much. I live on Cape Cod, MA and we are about 1 mile from the ocean. I love the environment here - there is so much life here. My house is named Wing Haven because of all the different types of birds that live in my back yard. I have almost an acre on a pond and sometimes when the water level has been very high (like this year) I have swans, geese, and duck swimming into my back yard! Recently I quit the corporate 9 to 5 and opened my own espresso bar and bakery - which was sorely needed in my area! I use alot of MJ's organic products and I am finding that organic awareness is really getting better. I try to bake with organic flours that I blend myself, and I sell my own homemade breads and cinnamon bread too :) yummy! if I do say so myself! You are welcome to check out my website if you like at:

I try to buy most of my products from the smaller local farms if possible, like vermont's goat cheese and organic eggs. I feel like I am a farmgirl at heart because I so believe in living and promoting a sustainable lifestyle. I am delighted with the farmgirl connection - I believe we are really making an impact just by our communications and getting the word out there. I heard that the native American Indians never did anything without considering the imapct it would have to the 7th generation. Sustainable living is very like that.

Thanks for letting me share! Delighted to have found the farmgirl connection!

welcome goodmojo, Im looking forward to visiting your web-site. I am in N.J. but love new england and visit it frequently. We are hoping to move to vermont eventually. We'll be in new england this summer, I'll have to stop by your expresso bar and bakery. I love what you said about the native americans and the 7th generation. it's so true, they were and are the best stewards of the land. I've been reading alot lately of the indiand who settled this area of n.j. looking forward to getting to know you, welcome. Michele

Welcome Good mojo! I just love your website, shop etc. It is always so wonderful to see a woman follow her heart and be successful in her work.

I have not been to Cape Cod but my family spent summers in Rockport on Cape Ann when I was a teen. How I love the Atlantic coast.

Welcome from the Western part ofWashington State. I out here on the Hood Canal and where we live is beautiful too with the wild life. We have geese, ducks and swans living nearby us as well. I love it when the swans fly over. They are a sight.
I did all the baking for a little local espresso stand for a year and during that time I developed some really nice recipies using organic ingredients as well as different flours. I am working right now to get them all into a recipe book. It has been a lot of fun developing good things to eat from wonderful all organic products.
I am so glad to hear that you too are working on a sustainable future there in Cape Cod. My husband has had the pleasure of being there but I was unable to go with him. He says it is a place we need to go visit. Hope to do that one day soon.

Welcome to the forum, Goodmojo! I've heard so much of Cape Cod, but never been that far northeast (I've never been further northeast than Pennsylvania!), it sounds like heaven there. Good luck with your business, and looking forward to getting to know you better!

Take care,
Molly

Welcome Goodmojo! So glad you found this forum! There are so many good, creative, smart and just plain fun women who post here. Sounds like you are living the sustainable organic lifestyle! Your home and land sound so fine! What a joy to have all the bird life near you. And I am so envious of having the Atlantic at your doorstep! You will fit right in here! Jenny from Kansas
