I've actually been a sister twice. I was originally sister #1921 and I applied for a membership again recently and now I'm sister #6386. I never did have any luck finding a Farmgirl Chapter in my area. I would love to start one, but sort of unsure how to go about it.

Anyways, I live in Fort Worth, have 3 kids, 2 dogs and one cat. Grew up in the country. Wish I could live in the country. I miss it. I want livestock and a huge garden. Just wanted to say "Hello!"

A small raised bed I'm getting going, I would like to plant more seeds soon as it's starting to get almost too hot to plant from seed. (Gotta love Texas Summers!)

Veronica, glad you found your way back. Chapters are sometimes hard to find but try looking through the membership to see who lives near you. Don't give up.

Thanks so much! I would love to connect with some sisters in my area who would like to start a chapter, but an online one is fine by me. Thanks again for the Welcome!

Veronica, welcome back! I belong to a group that meets once or twice a year, not too far from Madisonville (down I-45 a couple hours south of Dallas).
Maybe you can join us at our next Glampout or we can all travel half way for a lunch or something.

Welcome back, Veronica! Perhaps you could consider one of our on-line chapters or let those of us here on the chatroom serve as your group. At any rate, good morning!
