Hi All,
I am Traci from Wisconsin. I live in a village in the SW portion of the state in a 113 year old farmhouse that my husband and I have been renovating for about 10 years now. I have 2 wonderful boys that are always keeping me on my toes.
I am a huge crafter- paper, fiber, quilting, needlework, etc - problem is just finding the time to do all that I love to do.

I cannot wait to start connecting with all the farmgirls (and those like me - that are farmgirls at heart).

Hi there and welcome! I have been recently doing Norwegian family ancestry research and have ancestors from Mount Horeb and Blue Mound. We were in that area last year. It is lovely.

Hi Barb and welcome to MJF's! There are several from Wisconsin in Mary Janes. I think there might even be a chapter not too far from you. If you post you're new as a new topic under the welcome wagon board I think you'll have more folks respond. Really glad you found us and hope you'll enjoy being here as much as I do. This is a great site.

Traci my youngest son lives in Neenah. :) Small world! You've maybe heard we had 2 tornadoes in our area night before last but Neenah and Menasha are fine. No damage that I've heard of from my youngest son. Hortonville, Grand Chute, New London, Appleton and Kaukauna got torn up. I just got power back at 2:21 PM today. It's been a long couple of days with no power. So happy it's back on. Yes, the ladies will love to see some pics of the trolls. They're so cute :)

Tapestry - my Brother in law lives up in your neck of the woods-Neenah/Menasha area- don't get up there too often, but beautiful part of the state. I will try my best to post pics...I know just enough to be dangerous (mainly to myself) when it comes to computers-LOL. But I do have to say, the trolls are definitely the attraction in Mt Horeb and will do my best to share our fine trolls with the rest of the gals here!!

I used to drive right through your fair town on my way back to my birth state of Iowa before Hwy 151 went around it. I always loved the trolls. Your little town has such wonderful character! I think it's one of Wisconsin's neatest towns. You must post some troll pics on here so the ladies can see what I'm talking about. I hope to be heading back to Iowa maybe next month for a visit with my dad as it's been a couple yrs since I was home. Maybe I'll have to take a troll detour LOL. So happy you've found Mary Jane's.
