Posted - Aug 22 2013 : 09:45:33 AM Hi, Nita - Welcome!
I discovered the magazine when I was up in Homer, AK as a "granny nanny" for our traveling nurse daughter.
Now that I'm back home in Prescott, AZ, my big goal is to get a better henhouse built before our cold mountain weather comes on --

Posted - Jul 29 2013 : 04:50:39 AM I live in the semi-country, have a garden, and a general love of doing things like my great-Grandmother did. I am a quilter, a canner, a crafty person, and love to make old things look loved. We have a cement mixer that is a beautiful flower pot, and an iron bed planted in the front yard...people can't understand it is a flower bed. I think I am in love with website!!!
