Hi everyone,

I just joined about a week ago. I am originally a city girl from Phoenix but moved to Flagstaff about 14 years ago. My husband and I live on almost 3 acres just east of town. I enjoy gardening, traveling, cold process soap making, sewing, baking, canning and crafts in general. I am excited to be a farm girl and getting to make new friends.

Hi, Barb! Welcome to the Connection! We have a lot of the same interests. Flagstaff was my favorite place in Arizona when we went through. Cooler and green in the summer. Yeah!

Hi Barbara,
Welcome to the Farmgirl Connection! I'm not too terribly far from you in southwest Colorado, my daughter lives in Glendale (she is also part of the Farmgirl connection and sisterhood). There are several other Arizona gals in our Henhouse!
You'll have a grand time here!

But only--how did you take it?

Hello Barb, and welcome! Wow--you've got some great hobbies and interests. I'd like to hear more about "cold process soap making...been wanting to try soap making for a while now, and that sounds intriguing. My aunts and cousins lived in Phoenix for several years, and Flagstaff was one of my husband's and my honeymoon destinations. We try to get back to that area at least once every 5 years or so...beautiful part of the country.

Glad you're here, and looking forward to getting to know you better.
