for a good long while i have only been here to check in on folks. we have had a busy time here for over a year. i have missed this site so much and finally had some sweet reminders from nancy jo and marybeth as to why this is such a great site. hope i can manage to post more this time.
i feel that i am finally in a good spot with my breast cancer journey, and have actively started crafting again. my "WARES" are at a gallery in denison, texas named kaboodles. it has been a grand experience.

they are heart pin cushions, i created for valentines day, but really they are for all year as well.i continue working with vintage fabrics and linens and lace and recently discovered felting burlap from an article in one of maryjanes magazine. i have started making small purses, aprons, and even a small bonne bunny with the burlap. i will see if i can post a pic of her. she isnt finished yet because she doesnt have her clothes or basket yet.

oh, there she is , kind of a rugged individual. she is at home surrounded by nature and lace and i am slowly learning all about her. she is sitting in a crystal vase while i finish working on her.

here are some of the recent crafts i have taken to kaboodles. still working on pincushions, but have discovered burlap and shells and have started working with them alot. in this pic i have a purse with burlap and vintage linens. also an apron. the music paper has been turned into shelf edging.

as always, i am trying to perfect the tags that go on my crafts. i love making tags and cards.
hope you like my crafting! IT has been great to get back to it.

There you are! Glad you are back. Maybe sometime you could show us what you are crafting. I know how nice your things are because I have three of them. In fact when it nearer Easter I will post a picture of Bonnie Bunny.
