Every year at this time my husband breaks out with scratching on the sides of his stomach. He could go to the doctor to get some expensive cream or something, but he won't. We use Dove sensitive soap, which he says helps. I have heard that goats milk soap is really good for this. Can someone help me?

Maybe shingles, but maybe he could use that oatmeal lotion for the itching and soap too. I can't remember the, Alamay? not sure. but my friend used to use it and it helped her alot.

He might want to see a doctor because it sounds like the beginning of shingles. Best to catch it early.
Good luck.

Hi DianaLyn! Welcome to MJ's Farm.

My hubby has always had sensitive skin and I've had to use laundry soap without scents/perfumes. I now make my own with Tea Tree Oil added for anti-septic and anti-bacterial properties.

Your idea about using goat milk soap is good. It's soothing and moisturizing to the skin.

I hope you find the results you need.

One of the best compliments from one of my daughters: "Moma, you smell good...like dirt."

What is it he breaks out with? Same time of year, same place sounds like dry skin?
I love a good tea tree for just about everything, just depends on what it's been diagnosed as.
