Posted - Jun 21 2012 : 6:40:54 PM Hello, Ladies! I am a homeschooling Mom to a son and a daughter, ages 7 and 5. We currently live in the suburbs, but dream of moving back to my husband's family's farm in the next few years.
I have been reading MaryJane's books and magazine for quite some time and have been lurking here for a bit and finally decided to jump on in with you girls. I love to cook, garden, sew and am currently doing a Resto-Mod on my vintage Shasta trailer. I am also planning to make my first attempt at canning jam this weekend with MaryJane's ChillOver Powder.
I'm so happy to be here with all of you and for the opportunity to get to know you!

Kathy - It's so cool to meet a farmgirl so close by! DH's family farm is in Todd, NC, about 15 minutes outside of Boone. It's an absolute paradise and I can't wait to get back up there.
