I have a book that I picked up this Summer at the library's discard sale. It is called [i]Housewise:The Smart Woman's Guide to Buying and Renovating Real Estate for Profit[/img] by Suzanne Brangham
I have no need for it, but I picked it up for some reason. I know you may not be looking to relocate and buy, fix up and sell for profit (flipping) but it still has a lot of useful info about the buying and fixing up. You are welcome to it if you like!
