Posted - May 30 2011 : 09:14:16 AM I've been a farmgirl member since Aug 2005, but I feel I need to reintroduce myself because I've been gone for quite awhile and there are so many new farmgirls. I'm 59, single but I have had a wonderful man in my life for the last 10 years, I live in a rural area of northern WI on my own little 2.25 acres, complete with deer, coyotes, wild turkeys, bear and wolves. Jim however lives off the grid on 140 beautiful acres, so if I want even more wilderness I go by his place. I used to work at Old World Wisconsin as a historical interpreter; I was a lady of the 1800's. Now I am "working" as a caretaker for my Mom and Dad until we work something out. I'm excited to be back with all the farmgirls. I have internet connection here at my parents home so I will take advantage of the opportunity to reconnect. Looking forward to being in touch again.... |
