HI Ladies, I stumbled by mistake unto this forum when I was searching,"if it was ok to give my goat some apple", sounds silly that I didn't know that but I am glad it lead me here.

My name is Nina, I am SAHM with my two kids (ages 3 & 6) and my DH recently acquired 5 chicks and 1 goat (it is starting to look like a farm in the backyard!) I am originally from Puerto Rico (so cool to see Angie post she is from PR) and my grandmother used to raise all kinds of animals as well.

I think it is a wonderful idea to introduce my kids to the basics of farming and raising animals. I am excited to be part of this forum!

Hi Nina, Welcome from Fernandina Beach. I am your neighbor just 25 minutes away right next door. So nice to know there is someone nearby here in northeastern Florida. How long have you lived here?
