Hello everyone! My name is Maria (but everyone calls me Angie). I am originally from Puerto Rico but now living in Fayetteville, NC. I am an Army officer, and love it, but when I am not working I love spending time in my home, cooking, gardening, reading or playing with my pups. I am a city girl with a farmgirl's heart thanks to my grandmas back in the island who raised everything, from chickens to plants. I like to think their legacy lives in me. I am so excited to be a part of this group, and have had fun reading other posts. It is a bit overwhelming, but I hope I will find my way around

Welcome to "The Farm" Angie! Sounds like you have the (inherited) Farmgal Heart to me. You go girl! Enjoy this site. So much to learn and the gals are so helpful.My Sis lives in Franklin NC. She loves the mountains. Her kids call her MM...Mountain-Mama! LOL
