Posted - May 06 2011 : 5:49:06 PM Hello everyone! My name is Maria (but everyone calls me Angie). I am originally from Puerto Rico but now living in Fayetteville, NC. I am an Army officer, and love it, but when I am not working I love spending time in my home, cooking, gardening, reading or playing with my pups. I am a city girl with a farmgirl's heart thanks to my grandmas back in the island who raised everything, from chickens to plants. I like to think their legacy lives in me. I am so excited to be a part of this group, and have had fun reading other posts. It is a bit overwhelming, but I hope I will find my way around

Posted - May 06 2011 : 6:13:26 PM Thank you Elaine. I am doing just that. Luckily, I don't have anything planned for tonight, so I am settled in bed, with a cup of tea, reading the posts on the forum. Having a great time!
