Hi everyone, I'm so excited to be here! I'm Amber and I live in Wichita, KS I am a mother of 2 teenagers one girl(13) one boy(16) and a toddler (boy). My husband and I embarked on the more recent back to basics trend a few years back. It was a very very slow start. So now that we have a few marks on our belt from the skills we learned. We are looking outward for more ideas. This is how I found you guys! So I can't wait until I have connected with all you lovely ladies, and get to earnin' them badges.

Sure, I want to try doc greens sometime too. Also a bit further down the road is a new mom and pop cafe you may want to try with me. It's called Wild Tyme Cafe & Bakery, they have a lot of glutton free, sugar free, dairy free, wheat free, etc etc and organic foods. I have liked almost all I got there. The tofu salad is great, quiche with wheat free crust amazing! wonderful meditarenean tuna salad, greek pasta salad good, blue potato salad yummy, the beef sandwich is awesome. And they have desserts too!!!!!!! lol I really like to try to go there as much as possible to support them and hope they stay in business. There has only been a handfull of things on their menu that I didn't care for-I think Bella Luna and Le Monde's make better hummus, and hands down le monde's has the best baba ganoush, I didn't care too much or their regular pasta salad either (the greek one is awesome though!) but other then that every thing else I have tried is sooooo good. I hope they stay here!

Heather and Amber! We are all fairly close to each other! I have a daughter that works at a store in New Market Square. Maybe the 3 of us could get together one of these AM's for a coffee at Panera! Blessings, linda
