Posted - Apr 01 2011 : 4:37:09 PM Hello to all my fellow farmgirls. I'm so excited to be here. I have been looking for months to find a site like this with like minded women who share a love for the land and also all things domestic. I was born and breed in Australia with Croatian parts lol but I love my new country and home The US and God willing plan to very soon go back to my roots and live on a farm just like all my ancestors before me. Look forward to meeting you all and wish you all the very best for the weekend. Kindest Regards Marianna |

Posted - Apr 10 2011 : 10:31:07 PM Thank-you Lovelies for all your warm welcomes. They made my day. I haven't really had time yet to fully explore this site but I very much hope to soon. I have been a very busy lil bee recently trying to organize and plan everything for Easter. I like to make everything from scratch and will be doing the same this year but I also really want to enjoy the day and not be stuck behind a stove all day hence the planning. On a totally unrelated topic. I'm so excited I finally purchased my first Igigi dress after 4 years of admiring their dresses. I can't wait for it to arrive. I also bought some tiny cake molds in the shape of little walnuts. I'm going to try them this Easter and will put up pics so that you can all see how they turned out. I'm still looking for some Easter ideas and would love to hear what you all will be doing. Till next time stay safe and God Bless you all. |
