Posted - Jan 04 2011 : 12:40:30 PM Hi, my name is Bambi. I live in Southern Illinois, about 1.5 hours from St. Louis. I live on a 60 acre home. I am now raising a few goats, some chickens and ducks, rabbits, and dogs and cats. We are looking into getting a couple of pigs, and one cow for milking and a couple for beef. I am wanting to live a life where I don't have to go to the store for my food. To raise my family on a healthier diet. Can't wait to meet you all. Bambi

Posted - Jan 05 2011 : 5:56:05 PM I happen to live outside a small town called Radom, right next to Ashley. About 12 miles west of Mt.Vernon. If you know where that is. And I am also sick of this cold weather, but we need it to rejuvenate the soil, so I will put up with it.
