Hello Friends...
My name is Kate, I am married to Eldon, and we have 4 daughters ages 11,8,3,and 9mo. I am from Utah. I enjoy reading, right now I am reading alot of books on sulf sufficient living and natural home building. I enjoy how-to books, memoirs, and classics. I like to garden, and raise food 3 seasons, it is great to watch my greens come up through the snow! I love to hike and camp, I love that quiet that only the secluded outdoors brings. I am enjoy knitting and crocheting and I am teaching myself to sew. I love children and animals. My heart is the bleeding kind, I am tender-hearted.
I am kind. Kindness begets kindness.
I am happy to be part of the Farmgirls! I hope to make new friends!

Welcome Kate...how fun...another Utah gal!! I am in Manti..and we have several others here ...Patricia is in SLC and there are Libbie and Gail in Elsinore, down near me..but several up near you and at least one in Park City...and at least one near Cedar too! You sound so sweet..it will be fun to get to know you.!

Hello Kate and Welcome,
You will find great info and friends here. I have 5 childern; 3 boys and 2 girls. All have left the nest so that leaves me and my hubby of almost one year alone, building a new home and place for his business. Welcome and enjoy. 
Pray for our troops to come home safe and soon.
