Hi Stephanie, I made HUMUS with scapes in it. So good and so pretty with those little bits of green.

I made scape pesto, it is sooo good.
That is the only thing I have used them for because I like it so much.

I just shopped at the farmer's market and still do as much as I can, but since I moved it isn't every week.
I didn't visit the farm, I just bought scapes and the magazine at the co-op.
