Been there, done that Kay! We learn but also profit from doing it ourselves don't we?

Welcome back!

Thank you all for the kind words.
Yes, I have been busy; there is so much to do to this place I can start anywhere and work my way out. I have so much to learn every day is like a crash course in something. Like today we tore out the cellar steps because they were rotting and went to the building supply store to get more wood to replace them. Here I am learning the names of the steps like run, rise, tread etc. I have also learned that those nice little hammers don't do much; the big guys swing a big hammer for good reason it works better. Lady size tools don't get the job done. I do get into some situations, all a learning process just hope I don't forget my lessons.

Thanks again and hugs to all
Kay
