Posted - Jan 27 2009 : 4:47:04 PM Hello! I'm so happy to be able to finally post here. I've been lurking on the forum for probably about six months now. I first found out about Mary Jane through my sister, who sent me one of her books. Then last year I saw the magazine on the stand and bought it right away! I really look forward to each issue, and wanted to get a little more into the community here.
I don't have a farm (yet). We just left the Northern Virginia area where I had a high tech job. The market there became exorbitant, and we decided to try Central Pa. We have a house here and a yard, so it's a little start. My husband and I both would like to have a small farm at some point. We both grew up in open spaces and I really miss having big space of my own.
I hope to make some new friends here! |

Posted - Jan 27 2009 : 11:47:04 PM Welcome Lisa, being a farmgirl is a state of mind rather and doesn't have to be a large spread.
You will find many friends here I'm sure.
