I have rabbits ..in cages right now.. out doors
I was told that if you keep chickens in the
rabbit area they will clean up the mess? Have
any of you done this and does it work? Would
appreciate any tips and suggestions. I dont
have any laying hens yet...have had a bit of a
raccoon problem And am looking for some land
and will get things set up like I want once I
get a place. So am doing some homework before
I do. I will eventually have a pen for my rabbits
to hop and play most of the time on the ground
used to do that. but in bad weather put them up
in cages. BUT dont enjoy the mess to clean up too
much. (smile)
would like to learn any good chicken tips from those
of you who are experienced with them. Hope to get
some chicks this spring and hopefully have some good
laying hens Do any of you prefer one kind of chicken
from another?

Hi, Teresa and welcome! There are a lot of posts over in the Barnyard Buddies section about all kinds of animals. You might find some answers to your questions there. Look forward to getting to know you.
