I joined the forum last week and spent some time reading, but this is my first post.

I discovered Mary Jane's books 6 months ago at my local public library. I fell in love. Something about them resonated deep within me. I promptly purchased them all!

I was raised a city girl. I married young and started a family. As we added more and more children, the pull to a more rural life style grew stronger. We currently live on 2.5 acres in So. CA. We garden, can, raise chickens and love all things handmade. We are constantly learning and trying out new skills.

I'm a stay-at-home mom of 10 children ages 18 to 2. This information translates to: "I probably won't post too much"

God Bless,
Christina

Welcome Christina! I live north of you. I'm in North Hollywood area. I am orginally from Tucson, AZ but I live here. I have a small container garden but it keeps me happy for the time being!

Welcome to the group Christina...how fun to have such a houseful. I only have 4 of my own 7 left at home. If I wern't getting too old I think I would want 4 more. I hope you can find time to hang out here once in awhile. It will be fun to get to know you.
