Posted - Oct 09 2008 : 2:27:26 PM Hello everybody! My name is Valerie. I was born and raised in LA but have always dreamed of farms, country kitchens, and the like. That's why I feel like I have the heart of a farm girl. My great friend Laura introduced me to this magazine and website and I can see why she loves it soo much! |

Posted - Oct 09 2008 : 4:53:35 PM Hey Valerie. I am from Calif. Trona is where I was born. We lived in LA and Hollywood Hills area. We went back in '99 for a family reunion and stayed in LA and did a lot of sightseeing. Saw all the places we used to live. It was fun but oh so HOT! It was the beginning of July. Freezing cold in Napa and San Francisco, hot in LA. Nice to get away, but good to get back to Ga.
So welcome from a Calif. girl in Ga.
