Posted - Sep 21 2008 : 12:07:44 AM Hi Becky and welcome to the forum! Your garden is absolutely gorgeous! I am green with envy! My yard is the size of a postage stamp but I'm trying to squeeze a little more in each spring. We've only had our little Victorian cottage 2 yrs. so lots to do yet. You will love this site. The women here are so wonderful and talented! You'll fit like a hand in a glove

Posted - Sep 19 2008 : 4:19:09 PM Oh my...I love to write, read and research, I love to garden, travel, cook (alas...my poor figure...) take photos with my little camera, I have gotten out of the habit of blogging and journalling which I need to remedy. I love history and language. I try and try with crafts, but I'm just not artistic that way...yet, I keep trying. I love heirlooms, plant, animal and material, I love chickens and most animals, I want to learn more homesteadings skills and have my own place eventually. I live on a friends farm. I love books and have more books then places to put them :P I am used to a more moisty climate and the rolling Palouse is rather more dry in the summer then I'm used to, so gardening is still a learning process for me over here. I love a lot of things, I'm shy around people and clam up, but am a blabber mouth on-line

I would love to also have chickens and bees however I also love to travel so ~~~"who's gonna keep 'em down on the farm, after they've seen Paris?" ~~~ in other words, i have to stay home to have critters like that in my garden.
One other thing i like to do is learn how to make a WebPage.

Posted - Sep 18 2008 : 6:13:49 PM Welcome, BeckySue!! Nice to meet you. Do you also live in the woolland clearing also? Or just have a garden there? Does that make sense? I could handle all those creatures except the snakes. It sounds really pretty.
