Posted - Sep 03 2008 : 02:37:29 AM I am new to this forum and new to Mary Jane in general. I have devoured hundreds of dollars of her Mary Jane's Outpost dried foods, but I had no idea there was much much more to the Mary Jane lines!
My name is Mary P and I work in MJ's new retail store in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I met some of you at our grand opening weekend, and I hope to get to know others in the future and online!
I love the atmosphere, products, people, and stories associated with MJ, and everyone I've been introduced to because of her. It was an amazing stroke of luck that brought us together, I never knew I could fit in so well in a group of people! I'm glad I finally found a group that understands why I would have a vegetable garden instead of a front lawn, chickens in my backyard, and wear "tacky" aprons while baking fresh bread and pies from scratch rather than "ordering out".
I look forward to getting to know all of you! |

Posted - Sep 08 2008 : 3:48:18 PM Isn't that the truth? I would be the same...the chocolate bars alone would break me...I have a real weakness for sweets. And Mary, ALL of the other varieties in the little box were wonderful...can't even pick a favorite, so we did okay! I took the freebie postcards in the chocolate package and decoupaged them inside of the cool picnic basket I found at the antique store a couple of doors down from MJ's store...check them out if you like on my blog. Posted - Sep 03 2008 : 3:44:17 PM Hi again Mary. I met you this weekend while visiting MJ's store...you were just opening up and putting on your apron on Monday morning. By the way, I have decided I am NOT into lavender chocolate bars...but thanks for making me try one anyway! I just associate lavender with a scent and not a taste, ya know? But you are a good salesgirl!
Enjoy your time here. Glad you're with us.

Posted - Sep 03 2008 : 1:52:51 PM Hey Y'all! My name is Shirley and I live in South Georgia. I found this website while searching for dog food at the local Tractor Supply! Go figure! Actually, I saw the magazine and it looked so intriguing that I had to leaf through it. Finally, I have found a site that epitomizes my thoughts and feelings. I love living in the country...my life long dream. I love doing and learning crafts of all kinds, and I love the old fashioned ways of doing things like my Grandma used to do such as quilting, canning, etc.
I look forward to chatting and making new friends on this website and learning new things. Thanks for having me.
Thank God I live in the country! |
