Hello everyone!
I registered a few weeks ago, & since then I have been roaming around
looking at this vast cyber-community of farmgirls. It is wonderfully amazing!! There is soooo much to see, & has taken me a few days to get use to everything.
I think I am now ready to make a formal introduction.
My name is Kelly(Kelly Girl) and live right in the middle of 2 states, TX & AR. By that I mean I live right on the stateline! I live on a small farm/ranch of 4+ acres. I share this little piece of heaven with my hubby and my very active 10 year old! I also have a 20 yr. who recently married and lives not to far from me.
My other kids are my animals!! We currently have 5 horses, who think they are big babies! Very spoiled! 5 dogs, 1 kitty, and a few crazy chickens!! It is my hope that maybe we can add a Mamma cow one day.
But may have to have more land for that.

I first heard of Mary Janes Farm Mag.,by way of another BB. At first I could not find the magazine anywhere. Finally I made a trip w/hubby to the tractor supply store, and there it was displayed right by the cash register. I took it home, read it from cover to cover... and now I am hooked!! From there I bought the Idea book, which I adore! I love how the magazine and book are layed out so beautifully. It is all so well done!
My sweet dutch friend(Dutchy) whom I know through the BB I previously mentioned, invited me to come on over here to take a peek. I am sooooo glad I did. What an awesome community of farmgirls.
I really would like to see my little place live up to its full potential. So I look forward to gleaning much insight from all the many topics here. I can already tell I am going to enjoy visiting here. Everyone seems to be so full of ideas, encouragement, and wisdom!

Hope to become better acquainted with everyone in days to come.
Wishing all of you many Farmgirl Blessings!!
~Kelly
