Posted - Aug 04 2008 : 2:08:58 PM Hi yall! I am a fargirl at heart with dreams of owning my own little farm with chickens and my own business. Currently, I am teaching a K-2 Autism classroom here in Iowa. It is a hoot, all boys. My mom sort of encouraged me to sign up. She said everyone is so awesome! Besides teaching, I make jewelry, have since I was eight. I figured since I loved wearing it, I better start making it to support my habit. I love chopping wood(sounds strange, but it is very therapeutic!) and gardening. One of my favorite gardening activities is composting. Free dirt! I have an absolutely fabulous son named Sam, named after my mom, Sam (AKA Sandra Licher). I love to read, just about everything. Right now I am reading a biography about Fidel Castro. I am really looking forward to chatting, and I am glad I signed up!
