Thank you from this new gal too
I actually NEVER saw/seen a MJ magazine or book , but saw this board mentioned somewhere and decided to check it out. It looked like SO much fun and very friendly that I just decided "what the heck, I'll join" and here I am.
STILL no idea what the mag is about other than I read on here, since it is not known here, nowhere on the stands. But to me that is oké, I am used to that

I like the topics, like to swap/barter and do the crafty swaps etc. y'all like so much too.

SO here I am, I am gonna be around for a while, just jump in and ask questions till y'all get sick and tired of me

I've only been on the forum a week and already I suffer withdrawal symptoms if I can't check in throughout the day. I feel like I know so many of you already. When I was growing up we only had one car and my dad used it to get to work so my mom didn't get off the farm much. But she would get phone calls from her friends and family throughout the day. That's just what this feels like! It's great, ain't it????

God bless -

Welcome to you Brenda!!! My only problem now is spending too much time chattin it up on the boards here! LOL! I finally got some things done around the house today but had to restrain myself from seeing what was going on around here! You'll love it!
And we're so glad YOU are here too!

I have had MJ's first book for a couple of years and recently ordered her magazines and Outpost book. When I checked out the forum a few weeks ago, it felt so inviting that I wanted to be a part of it. You all are such warm wonderful women that it's not surprising that anyone who happens to check out the forum would want to be a part of it!! Thanks to all of you for making this newbie feel welcomed in the last couple of weeks! :O)

Hugs,

Brenda

My daughter just joined too but hasn't been on yet....I told her to go the the Welcome Wagon first when she logs in....she is Licherbird when she gets here! I'm so happy she joined...I got tired of trying to tell her all about all the exciting things and wonderful people and resources here at "the farm"...I couldn't keep up with telling her everything!
Welcome EVERYONE....it is just great to know you all (well some of you at any one time) are here all the time! In fact...I need to go get some work done for a change! LOL! Love y'all!

Thanks Frannie. I actually learned of this forum and MaryJane's books/magazines through a blog link from Etsy.com. I am waiting for my first magazine and book to arrive. Yeah. I'm excited and can hardly wait.
