Hi! I'm Heather from Nebraska, and am new here. I don't live on a farm, but would move to one in a heartbeat!

Up until about 5 years ago, my great-uncle lived on a farm that has been in our family for over 100 years (he had to move to a nursing home due to his health, and just sold the farm to a good family friend this past year). We used to spend at least 2 weeks there every year - 1 in the summer and 1 in the winter. My best memories happened at that farm.

I now live with my husband and 2 boys in a small town of less than 300 people, and have a huge lot, but still long for farm life!

Thanks for the welcome everybody!

Christina - Roseland is in south central Nebraska, about 15 miles SW of Hastings - kind of the middle of nowhere!

Connie - I'm about an hour and a half from Seward, but I pass it everytime we go to visit my sister-in-law!

Hi Heather & welcome to the family. It is always great to see another Nebraskan on here. Where is Roseland located?
