Posted - Jul 14 2008 : 4:55:33 PM HI girls, another Ohio gal here! Just wanted to say hello and let ya'll know this is the best thing thats happened to me in years. I live in a very small town near Ashland, Ohio. I have a 3 acre farm in which I raise and sell pumpkins every fall. This year we were supposed to expand into a full fledged farm market, but Mother Nature had other plans, soooo, not much is growing. I am married to a tractor pull freak and have a 15 year old daughter...wish me luck on that one! I work at a local chicken hatchery and have a small flock of lovely ladies who sing to me whenever I go to the coop. Starting a chapter here locally so if any of you girls want to come over for a bit to eat and brain-storm ideas of what ya'll want out of a farm girl club, lemme know and I'll get to cookin! I love recipes and books, vintage linens and junkin'! |
